Celebrating PTI 2010

This beauty was for the PTI past, present and future challenge for 2010.  I had a lot of fun with this one.  I added it to a sentiment from beautiful butterflies.  I loved water coloring this beauty.

In 2010 we added Cece to our family and it became complete.

PTI 2009 Damask CASE

Well 2009 was a big PTI year this is my card for the celebrating the past, present and future 2009 challenge.  They had a ton of awesome sets and I was a staunch supporter for sure!  One of the things that makes this company so fantastic is all of the inspiration that you get for every set.  I LOVE that.  Some days I feel super creative and can come up with ideas on my own and others I just want to CASE it like a camp and call it a day.

I LOVED Damask Designs and still have it in my stamp bins by my desk today.  As I was going through old cards on Dawn's blog I say this one and realized I have loved it for years and never made it.  Needless to say now is the time.  It is still a classic and I have just the right person to send it to.

2007.....

2007 the year that kicked it all off.  This card is made with Faux Ribbon Stamp set that came out in April of 2007 and this was in my fist order.  I really hadn't thought about creating my own backgrounds and this set really started that thinking for me.  Ironically the onzie was left over from my cousin's baby shower 6 years ago.  It has been sitting on my desk all this time waiting to be used again LOL!!!!

I am entering this into the Celebrating-the-past-present-and-future-2007 challenge over at Nicole's blog.

The plaid technique, which really became popular years later makes this set shine again.

2008.....

This is for the Celebrating the Past, Present and Future blog challenge over at Paperetrey Ink.  This marks their 10th year in the business and I couldn't be happier to be along all 10 years.

For this card, I redid Bitty Baby Blessings.  It was then and is still now my favorite go to stamp set for babies.  Talk about standing the test of time.  I made a gray and green baby blanket for a co-worker and this will be the perfect compliment.

In 2008 Izzy was one and getting into everything.  I had just started my own real estate company the year before.  Loved stamping anytime I could get my hands on some free time.

It's a good life!

Dangles.....

Happy 2017!  I am finally getting up to my stamping room, it has been a long time coming for sure.  The girls and I are trying to mad dash our valentines day creations, but I did get sometime in to make a card for the current MIM #275 stamped dangles from Papertrey Ink.  They have a fantastic 10 year blog event going on right now as well.  Can't wait to bust out some older stamp sets and create.

Here is the close up so you can see the outline/doodle dangles.  I added some wink of stella for the shimmer.  It had been so long I was worried my ink pads would be dry, but they have all pulled through LOL!
 Here is the finished card.
All of the dangled stars and circles are from various PTI stamp sets.  It felt so good to get up and create.  I also liked taking my time and having fun again.

It's a good life!
