Put 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped onion, chopped red potatoes, and any other veggies you want, add some rosemary or Mrs Dash seasoning, fold up the foil into a packet and bake in the oven at 425 for about 50 minutes. Do this for however many servings you need. SO yummy and the chicken stays really moist and has so much flavor. Broil on high about 8 minutes or until it looks white. When it is cooking mix a few tablespoons of mayo (I use light) a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese, 1 Tablespoon of butter, and add some garlic salt, or dry ranch flavoring. I don't measure just dump it in and mix it together. FLIP the fish now. Cook about another 8 minutes. Spoon mixture on top of fish and cook for a few minutes. It's from the Bible so it has to be right....we come to an agreement on issues before we go to sleep and it's actually made us much better at "fighting"!
