I Be So Lucky!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Okay I realize this is a day late, but that is how it goes sometimes. I used the CPS #107. It is sponsored by Our Daily Bread Designs. I am loving that these images are all Bible based. Who can't use inspiring scripture verses to uplift while we create? It is wonderful and I am so glad I am learning more about this company.

Here is my take on the sketch.

I just can't get enough of these buttons! They are from Papertrey Ink and I love them. I was trying to get a 4 leaf clover, but 3 was it so this will be my lucky clover. I'm not sure where this paper came from as it was a gift from a friend. It cracks me up when I do faux stiching because it always looks like it does when I stich in real life, crooked LOL! The sentiment is a phrase my 2 1/2 is using all of the time right now "I be so lucky". I am giving this card to a business associate that I had lunch with yesterday. She is a wonderful banker and friend, so I really do feel so lucky to have her in my world.
It's a good life!

  1. Don't you love the phrases they come up with? My daughter is almost 13 and we still use phrases from time to time from long ago!

That button idea is wonderful!! I didn't have a shamrock and thought the hearts idea to make one was over done - this is perfect! :)
