Here is the first one. Now I will say it was smart, but I couldn't get mine to tie tight enough to make it work for my needs. This is a pin. Now I think I am going to take it apart and make this the focal point of a card and keep the pin for another project, but it was fun none the less.
This was a make in take on day 2. Fun tip from Debbie herself, I didn't get a perfect impression of the tree when I stamped it. She said to go ahead and dip my finger in the vintage cream and apply the ink that way. Worked like a charm! It blended great since this ink is a little wet when going on. She said she had to do that on her card as well!
Here is the second card for day 2. This one almost had me going back for another purchase, but I held off and am going to add it to my August purchase instead.
Do you see the texture on the white? I had to take a close up so you could. LOVE IT!!!!! It is so subtle, but really added a great kick to the card. It is already sitting in my cart waiting for me to check out LOL! Isn't this CHA set to die for????
This is my last card from CHA. It was a make in take on the first day and again it was with the CHA set. Love how impactful this is and the large leaves are wonderful.
This was one of my first times using terra cotta tile and I now feel a need to bust that bad boy out again.
Hope you enjoyed. I will have more cards that we made in other booths later in the week. Oh I did have someone ask me what I got at CHA. I got a lot of dies and impression plates at PTI. Some odds and ends paper as well. I got my first pure innosence stamps from MFT and 4 sets from Taylored Expressions. I can't wait to bust out one of those as it is a new set for August. WOWZIERS!!!!
It's a good life!
