Baby, it's cold outside

This tag was made for two fun challenges.  The first is the PTI MIM challenge to emboss on vellum.  The second challenge is the awesome tag challenge from Ellen Hudson's classroom site.  This one was inspired by Teri Anderson.  I really liked the border and the vellum element.  I have no idea why these buttons look off by the snowman's head.
