Modern Whimsy tag #3

This tag was made for two challenges.  it is for the Modern whimsy PTI MIM challenge.  This was a hard one for me.  I went a little nuts with the layers on this one.  There is washi tape, ribbon, bows, bling, vellum YIKES!!!  Having a smaller space to get ready helped. 

This is also for the feminine Tag challenge from the CLASSroom.  I am just finding this challenge this year (in all honesty, I might have found it last year, but didn't have any time to play along LOL).  This card was inspired by the one found here.
