PTI Blog Hop

PTI blog hop is underway for April.  I don't often have time to create during the day, but I did today.  Here is the inspiration photo. 

I wouldn't have ever put this color combo together, but I was loving the end result I have.  So much fun.  

I'm embarrassed to say that this is the first time I pulled out my color pop butterflies.  I have had it for months.  The color pop series never disappoints.  I can't wait to make more with this set and color combo.

Zappy Patterns behind a window

So this is for the MIM Patterns behind a window challenge.  I have no idea why this was a hard one for me.  I started a few days ago for Logan's birthday and nothing would work for me.  I had to give him a watercolor card I did instead bur this will be good in the stash.  Everything is popped up on foam tape and the pattern paper is peeking through behind the cut out.

Create along with PTI

Well, I have had the box from last month here for some time and I still haven't cracked it open.  I had a bit of time today and was able to make this card.  I was inspired by Nicole's card for the new quoted stamp set for the Create along with me challenge.  I love the loose watercolor look.  This is hitting home for me and some close friends.

Think Sprig!

This is a beauty I made for the PTI MIM curved sentiments challenge.  I had this background that I made extra of from the anniversary challenge and thought it would be fun to incorporate this for this week's MIM challenge.  I did find that some sentiments were easier to curve than others.  So glad I got this stamp set.  I am making Mother's day cards to invite everyone over for a dinner at my house and wanted to get a jump on it.
