Dawn MIM knock off

I was excited to get up into the stamping room this week.  It felt good, but my mojo was definitely off so I totally cased a card that Dawn did from the last release.  This is for the MIM emboss first then stamp and die cut.  Fun to try a different order.

LOVE this stamp painting one :)

This is a  MIM challenge card for my good friend.  She is going though round two of chemo and fighting breast cancer again.  I love her so much and she needs some encouragement.  She is too hard on herself for what is going through.  This is the last one of the night!

Paint stamping for the scrapbook

I am now officially done with January scrapbook.  I  actually used last months color challenge for this layout, but I'm not sure I love it.  I might be redoing these pieces, we will see if it grows on me LOL!  This is for the MIM challenge.  I used distress paints on all of my cards.  It was so much fun playing with this product.  It has been sitting in my stamping room for a long time neglected LOL!

Snow, Snow, Snow

I am now officially done with January scrapbook.  It was a lot of fun to put together.  February is going to be even easier because I have the MM kit to work with.  I just want to make sure I'm not using that instead of the kids artwork.

Happy Birthday SSS Wednesday blog challenge

5 years is a long time to keep up a challenge blog.  Many have come and gone.  I am so excited that the Simon Says Stamps Wednesday challenge blog is here and can't wait to wish them a happy birthday.  I made this one using some hero arts, sss, and pti stamp sets.  I also busted out the distress paint for the PTI MIM challenge.  I loved how the paint worked with the kraft cardstock.  This is also going into the A Blog Named Hero background stamp.  I did use a background and then added the balloons to make it unique and fun.

It feels good to be back!!!

I have been in a stamping hiatus!  It feels so good to be back in the stamping room today.  I was able to make three cards in time to get them submitted for the MIM challenge.  I used distress paints on all of my cards.  It was so much fun playing with this product.  It has been sitting in my stamping room for a long time neglected LOL!
