Sending sunshine your way

I am so excited that I was able to put together a caqrd for Dawn's color combo. It was a ton of fun and it was so nice to do a non Christmas card this morning. I love these colors. Dawn uses them a ton and she always makes them shine.
I did see this fun sketch challenge before I headed up to create. I really like the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge sketchesMidnight Madness Sketch Challenge sketches. My biggest challenge is that I like less on my cards and their sketches always have a lot going on. For me the challenge is to keep the sketch in mind while keeping my style in mind as well.
Here is my creation
Isn't that Scattered Showers additions stinking cute! I love how it works so well with the origional. I made this for the fun little girl Kate. I hope this will cheer up her parents. I will also be making her some cards along with her brother and sister. Izzy will be sending some love as well. I can't wait to get those done.
Do you love the embossed rain? I think it is such a neat touch and I am so glad it was seen on the card. The summer sunrise was the perfect touch as well. The inside says sending a little sunshine your way to chase the gloomies away. Isn't that so much fun.
It's a good life!
