Here is the card I created for her wedding shower thank you cards. It is so much fun and really not too hard at all. She has about 80 to make, so I think this can be done rather quickly while still being cute.
Here is the card. Katie really LOVES eggplant envy, so I wanted to use that for sure. I think it works great with the Moxie Fab World Challenge found here.
I punched out the front, so the greeting is on the inside of the card
Here is a shot of the corner element.
What do you think? I started with a piece of glossy paper and embossed Upsy Daisy with versa mark and white embossing powder. I think busted out my mulit color ink pad for brayering. I think this one was called November Harvest, but I could be wrong. I inked up just the green, purple and blue inks and the brayered onto the embossed element. After you have the ink how you like it, you then rub the excess off the flowers and you have it.
The cut out portion of the card was made with the 1 3/8 inch circle punch and the scallop circle punch from su. I used the 1 3/8 punch and the 1 1/4 punch so that the main image would have the correct curves as well. To finish it out I added the jumbo brad with a little ribbon and the faux stiching as well.
It's a good life!
