Sweetie Pie

Don't forget about the chance to win Papertrey Ink's Background Basics: Retro. Get the details here.

Well I saw this AWESOME tutorial by Silkie on how to make hair pins for little ones. As you all know Izzy is a Diva and she love her "pretties" LOL! I knew I would be making those soon. Then I stumbled upon Cardpatterns Blog and look what they are giving away this week for a random winner who makes a card with their sketch. Here is hoping LOL!

Here is CP Sketch #8
This is my take on the CP Sketch. Now I need to gush about this fabulous paper! This is from my goodies that I won from Kendra who gave away some delicious i{heart}papers site.
Here is a close up and you can see the silver shimmer better! Love this paper.
What do you think of this creation? I really love how it turned out. I have never used the pie from the Punny Valentine set from Papertrey Ink. I bought it for the fun animals and as I noticed in a recent post, I need to use all the images from my set. I also love the way the silver in the card and the silver hardware piece tie together. I think this will be for my "Sweetie" for our anniversary.
It's a good life!
